Privacy policy
01What we receive
When you sign up: first and last name, email and password (only an Argon2id hash is kept, never the password itself). When you start an agency: its name, time zone and Telegram, if given. On every sign-in: the IP address and browser string (User-Agent) of that session.
02Why
So you can sign in, receive confirmation codes and subscription emails, and see your sessions and end the ones that are not yours. Rate limits protect the form from abuse. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
03Who sees the data
Staff of your agency see your name and email as far as their role allows. Espeon staff see account and agency data when support or a payment confirmation needs it.
04How long we keep it
As long as the account exists. When an account or agency is deleted, its data goes too, except records we must keep by law or for payment accounting.
05Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete the account.
